Bay House

The Bay House project commenced with the client’s request to create a functional, aesthetically pleasing kitchen, a more practical laundry, and a larger main bathroom, all harmonizing with the local environmental landscape. Our innovative spatial planning transformed the existing floorspace into significantly enlarged areas, enhancing utility and aesthetics with a focus on accessibility. The design incorporates arthritis-friendly flooring, discreetly integrated support rails, and high-slip-resistance tiles, ensuring safety and comfort. This reconfiguration exceeded the brief by maximizing functionality and flow, reflecting our commitment to both beauty and sustainability.
