A transformative renovation designed to blend rustic textures with refined luxury, Bay House reimagines a cramped mid-level bathroom into a spacious, light-filled sanctuary.

By integrating space from the old kitchen, we created a main bathroom featuring a separate shower and bath, slip-resistant stone-look tiles, and a soaring raked ceiling.

​

The hero piece — a vintage timber dresser repurposed into a bespoke vanity — brings warmth and individuality, beautifully juxtaposed against terrazzo feature walls and contemporary fittings.

Designed with accessibility and sensory comfort in mind, Bay House reflects our commitment to creating layered, luxurious spaces that are as functional as they are breathtaking.
