A small 3 bedroom 12 square home was fully renovated from top to bottom and given a new lease on life from it's original 1950's interior.  

The brief for this property was to create the illusion of a larger home without extending, with a focus on entertaining and with a tropical retreat feel.

Where once there was a tiny dark kitchen and an even tinier darker laundry, both rooms were demolished to make this light filled entertainers kitchen.

A tri-slide glass door allowed the kitchen to open onto a 10 square enclosed deck featuring spa, dining area, lounge and full wet bar.
