Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your booking for classes or onsite consultations. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Exceptions to this policy may be considered and must be approved by Brinnie T Design.
