This architecturally designed home built in the 1990's right on Smiths Beach previously had no internal laundry facilities and a main bathroom that was far from being functional - having not been waterproofed when it was first built.

Now, my clients have an amazingly beautiful main bathroom with large walk in shower, custom cabinetry housing a European style laundry and gorgeous stone counter tops.

The laundry sink is recessed and comes complete with a drop down/pull up mixer that hides away under it's lid.
