This iconic home in San Remo was one of the first homes built in the area in the late 1960's, early 70's.

Architecturally designed, this has been a family home for decades and has recently undergone a full renovation in preparation for sale to a new family.

​

Boasting a 5.5mtr ceiling in the central dining room, Bonwich House has 4 bedrooms including a spacious master and opening plan living whilst enjoying spectacular ocean views.

 

It was my absolute pleasure to be a part of the journey that the sisters and I took on this project.

 

Now this home has brand new flooring through out, stunning S Fold drapery, brand new kitchen and a bathroom recently featured by Reece Bathrooms Australia and ADP on their Instagram stories.
