Whilst renovating a downstairs bathroom in 2018, we became aware that not only had the downstairs bath never been waterproofed by the original builder, but the upstairs bathroom hadn't either.  We fixed the damage downstairs and then had to advise our clients that using their upstairs bathroom would create further leakage into our now new beautiful ceilings below.

Our clients took the plunge and 2019 saw us renovate the entire top floor of their holiday home.   We turned the upstairs bathroom into a private ensuite, added a powder room, replaced the entire kitchen giving so much more functionality and storage.  From changing out the windows to double glazing, through to refinishing the floors, adding a fireplace and installing beautiful drapery, the transformation was as breathtaking as the view!
